One major point of fascism was ethnic nationalism and the genetic health of one's nation. While Bush has been expanding American influence (and one might say territory) beyond its traditional boundaries, nothing has stopped the flow of non-whites from invading our borders, nor has he initiated programs insuring the reproduction of the BEST elements of our race while limiting the reproductive rights of defectives.

I would also dispute point 11 of the article. If anything, Hitler's fascist regime did more for the arts in Germany than any other regime before or since. There were more opera houses built in pre-war Germany than at any other period in the history of mankind.
