The Yankees have a lot more money to get what they want if you look at teams payrolls they are similar but the sox can't afford the extras like housing and bonuses that the Yanks get, They are just in a richer market and Boston while nice just doen't have the revenue... So david Ortiz will have a field day with yankee stadium...
