Yeah, there really arent too many other details, its pretty streight forward.
She was a customer service senior and while she was their she had increased their sales percentages (Replacement plans, etc.) and devloped a 20 page training packet for training new employees.
It seems almost mind bogling that they would do that..

She was actually told before she was hired that she would receive an increase of $4 after 3 months of employement (with no strings attached), when the time came, she got 50 cents.
