I host a candidhosting.com and yes they are very fast. I've never had downtimes that I've been aware but if I do have them, it'll likely be because I'm unable to pay for an appropriate bandwidth plan.
I know nothing about Jesus hosting but if they have a good reseller program I may give it a try. I'm also not aware of tax benefits in Tokelau but if they're better than where I am, I'll definiately take it up.
I'm always interested in hosting and finding the best bang/quality for buck.
