I may enter a deal with another webmaster who's really big in the biz. He's got a few sites and he's one of my top referrer's. We want to develop another site and use my members area and additional content from his site. We plan on marketing the joint site through referral programs, feeder sites and tgps. He's gonna host it and it's his domain. The split was 70/30 but it's 60/40 because he's gonna add fuckin videos every week. Also, the new site is almost done.

According to my host, I've got to be careful because there could be there could be passwords floating around. He said I need some kind of software program that prevents shared passwords or that gives and authentication password. I use pennywise now.

Let's say the partnership ends... Will he still be able to control my members area? (index.htm) Is this deal worth doing?? (I know the obvious problem... he'll probally redirect traffic to his other sites, then I'll get screwed)
