No. The hotels make money off gambling. If you can't gamble, they don't want you. You can't get a room in your name if you're under 21.
I took my son last year when he was 20. He was never carded but also never ordered a drink (although OTHERS bought him drinks, his mean old mother did not
) However, I think we only went to one "club" party and that was at Gameworks, so not really a bar.
