It's very simple ...
Join, or sit in on a meeting at your local real estate investors club. Tell them that you have to money to invest. You will easily find people there willing to give you anywhere from 10-35% return on your money. Best of all, it will be backed by real estate. I have a friend that became a multi-millionaire many times over just having local realestate investors use his $$$. No work involved, except for signing a few docs .. ;)
Don't overlook the power of the advise I am giving you!
The best part is once they pay you back, you will have formed a relationship, and they will want (read: beg you) to repeate the process .. simply lend it out again..
