First off, he might be able to appoint a judge but the senate has to confirm. There is more to it than to say Bush will shut us down.
What is Kerry's stance on pornography? No One knows because he has never said what his stance is.
Pornography has been here for a 1000 years in various forms and it is pretty safe to assume it will continue to be here when you and I are gone.

I don't feel Bush will shut down porn. But I do not like the people he put in charge in many places and these people have made it known they are not completely for freedome of speech, in my opinion. To me, freedom of speech is one of thee most important rights we have.
