I don't find it, I have to make time.
When I was in my 30's I had the same problem as you. Making unreal amounts of money, going out to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, putting deals together at an incredible pace, traveling, going clubing or out and about every night. I would come home to my big house, walk in the door and think jesus I'm hardly even here to enjoy this place.
One day I just came to the realization I had lost myself and my business was running my life.
So I decided to get married to the great gal I had been engaged to and settled the pace down and started to set aside time for just me each day. Alone time. Quiet time. I started to get up at sunrise, hop in my SL with the top down and cruise out to Malibu and just listen to the waves, then go zooming up PCH several times a week.
Sailing and boating are great for stress relief too. I enjoy both of those hobbies too.
Speaking of hobbies that's great for release too. Nature photography is fun. Collecting things.
But more than anything I think you should get a personal assistant. Not just partners like you mentioned I do that too and it still doesn't relieve the personal tasking load. You really need someone to be with you and know everything so they can help you lessen the load and take care of the time consuming stuff.
