I like taking long walks and going bike riding late at night when its nice and quiet out. No cars on the streets. No noise. Just hearing the crickets chirping away.
Do you have a dog? Animals are great for stress relief.

Good advice...I have my CEO kitty Oscar that keeps me sane...she doesn't like me taking so many breaks though
