I just had an ICQ conversation with someone trying to sell me "sort" ICQ number... 6digit only! This person has been trying for WEEKS to contact me about this, and would send a message "hi" and when I would reply, they say nothing in return. So, FINALLY, the conversation went down... It was pretty funny.
