I doubt it's in their best interest to reply to anything here...it's a no win situation to argue with these coots.

But it's more than just newbs whining. They have to take some of this into account. I imagine for every one guy here who says they are leaving Ibill there are five others elsewhere. We have a long and big relationship with Ibill but we are experimenting with new billers on new sites.

I agree with you that in that I don't really care about the stats...but rather the sales in the first place. By our judgement Ibill has made that harder, so of course it's time to look elsewhere.
