Why worry about Ibill - if the FBI or any other body like that wants to start checking on adult webmasters all they have to do is come to the adult boards.
Most of us give out all sorts of personal info on these boards and they're open to everyone to read.
If people can harvest our email addresses off boards like this then there is nothing to stop them getting other information as well.
