Is IE 6 costing us a lot of lost revenue?

I just downladed the thing last night

I can easily change the security settings to disable active x, and now java is pretty much fully disabled now - which means, no exit consoles page resizing pop ups whatsoever

I have not tried playing with cookies, but I am also assuming that this is also easily fucked with so cookies are almost or fully disabled

Besides the fact that console revenue will decrease dramatically..

What else does that mean? Does that mean that rev shares that track by cookies will be losing a greater and greater percentage of ablity to track the surfer to it's source or partner?

Does that mean that webmasters will start to lose credit for a larger percentage of sales due to the inability or lesser ability to track cookies?

What do your think?
