As I said earlier - I know the types of girls you're talking about. But you state a blanket generality, and then allow no variance to it, along with a misogyinistic spin that I'm tired of seeing. If that wasn't your intention, I apologize for misinterpreting.
People have given examples where this is not the case. Keep in mind that just about EVERY single girl amateur site on the early web (which are some that had the most success) did not come from the 'industry'. They developed independent of it. Those in the adult film industry caught onto the web later.
Your 'reality' is not a complete picture, but sounds like it's entirely grounded in the film end of the industry, dealing with talent, which is not the same pond. We've swum in both, and seen plenty of what you're talking about. But it's not the whole picture.
