I've delt with so many models in the past few years it would blow your mind. I'm just making a very simple observation, regarding the types of people that are in front of the camera in this business. There's quite a difference between models, and the people behind the camera.
It doesn't sound like you have much hands-on experience in the content production side of this business if you really - deep down, feel like there's honesty behind the threads you see posted here by models.
If you feel it's hateful to question people's motives, then so be it.
