If your boss was a gay man who constantly hit on you, told you of his sexual exploits and fantasies, and masturbated on the phone while talking to you, even though you repeatedly turned him down and told him to cut it out, wouldn't such a man's behavior constitute harassment? Now, if that behavior kept getting worse and you felt that you could lose your job if you told him once and for all to stop it...
Some sexual harassment lawsuit are clearly bullshit. But if half of the claims about O'reilly are true, the sick fuck deserves much worse than a few millions out of his bank account.
