and do some research. If you work out your abs correctly the reason why they would not be showing is because of your body fat percentage. Clean up your diet no soda if you not sure what too eat and what not to eat visit this thread i found and helped me out when i was clueless.

what type of work out program are you useing now, what is your diet like now, how much cardio do you do?
