second you need to lose excess water, models and bodybuilders use diuretics to get shredded to peices, but you can take natrual diuretics and see good results too and is less dangerous.
If you use xpel for 3 weeks expect to see some good cuts.

If sit ups etc would get people abs everyone would be walking around with a six pack, its low body fat that does it most bodybuilders do maybe 20 situps and crunches every few days.
Everyone has abs its just fat that is covering it, and 80% of fat is water
