I think that would be true if they didn't have any employees in the US (Michigan) or if their hosting was all done in Canada too. However, I think it's important to not that Canada has drawn the line on what is acceptable and basically it's content that depicts what looks like pain or degredation <sp>... It would be nice if ARS would comment on the subject for all of us!!
