KRL, She doesnt *have* to complain to anyone whatsoever.

Now, some (most) corporations have a policy to inform employees to please use the chain of command at whatever level necessary to bring any workplace harrasment charges to light.. But even then it's understood that some people simply dont feel secure following that route.

Imagine being faced with the option to go to your bosses boss to complain about your boss and wondering "gee, could this effect my job?". It's not a simple issue, lol..

And if it's a TV personality? omg theres no way you're gonna walk down a hall and tell someone up above that mr. personality is whacking off while he tells you to use your vibrator after you give it a name... With their billion dollar lawyers you'de be let go so fast with no loopholes or any way in this world to bring the charges after the fact.
