Each child costs goverment money until he/she is raised. When a mexican is born and raised in Mexico and comes to US all ready to work, it is like found money.
Of course there are some disadvantages to having illegal workers and border jumpers, but the advantages certainly outweigh them by far.

too bad when they jump the border they bring their 14 kids and have another 10 and along with picking fruit receieve a check for each kid until they're 40
