FYI - Osama Bin Laden died almost a year ago due to health reasons. His closest gave him a ceremonial burial in the mountains bordering Afghanistan and Pakistan vowing to one another never to tell - so as to keep his mystique alive and not to demoralize the Radical Islam movement.

This theory is actually quite possible. Osama Bin Laden has been on dialysis for years. 1)It takes a toll on your body and because you have an open shunt you are more prone to infection. 2) The machines used to clean your blood are quite massive in size and in my opinion it would be very difficult to hide while having to be at this machine several times a week at least.
