i am not taking their side, i amjust pointing out the fact that they do own the term barely legal in more than a few ways...and you said they didn't
i don't think that everyone that uses the term barely legal should pay hustler, but i do think they legally have the right to come after you if you do use it.....which is why your domain no longer belongs to you
i mean, why use that anyway and chance it? domains are only as valuable as the content in them anymore
that would be almost like me trying to use the domain playboyxxxcenterfolds.com and thinking no one would care....
