It would be a far stretch to get charges of indecent exposure brought up against the company for facilitating the girl and the guy for having sex in public. Even so it would be a small fine in comparison for the money these guys are making IF they lost the case. Most judges will let things like this go for let's say 50-70k contributions to their re-election campaign and/or their pockets.
