Wanted:
Experienced full time designer (primary) / webmaster (a plus)

Duties:
Promotional materials, galleries, site setup / maintenance, etc

Skills required:
Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (the usual front-end stuff)
Concept knowledge (at least): php, sql, etc

Hours:
Full time, 8/day whenever you want as long as you're working

Pay:
Weekly based on experience

Conditions:
1. If you can't work full time (maybe more!) don't bother.
2. If you suck, don't bother.
3. If your car is in the shop, don't bother.
4. If your hard drive crashed or is going to crash, don't bother.
5. If you are planning on getting sick anytime soon, don't bother.
6. If you take 2 weeks to make 1 page, don't bother.
7. If you don't speak english, don't bother.
8. If you are a minority, don't bother.
9. If you thought I was serious about 8, don't bother.

Notes:
If I don't think you're working full time, you will be replaced.
You will have the luxury of working at home, however the keyword here is "working".
