Hell.. what planet are they on??

Clearly there is nada clue that the whole of the Western World already holds values such as "freedom of faith" - and it never was down to the US to show any "lead" in this.

In reality, the tolerance level is limited to kicking the fuck out of any follower of Islam who is handy...
