Any coincidence that these numbers dropped about the same time the internet was getting a strong foothold? The link above seems to say a few things in my mind(however feeble it may be)
We maybe #1 for rape worldwide as of 1999, but alot of countries stone the rapee for not marrying their rapist, so who is counting what?
