Well... that's the "statement" and policy stuff.
Reality may be different if ya consider all other such statements by companies with a problem.
On the flip side of the coin, iBill have problems and it will be 100% down to the management to guide them thru this, if possible. It is not an easy time.
I just hope the management have what it takes to at least get a workaround in place, but there are lessons to be taken from this - just hope they absorb em :-)
