Let me break this down the easy way.
1. Designers design. Would not dump your money into a designer who also claims they will build it up for you.
2. Comus thumbs is more than likely the gallery management program you should use. Hint the price goes up on November 1st.
Ask around regarding the trading script, although TM3 is very good.
3. A developer is better off just developing and not wasting their time designing. Yes they can often assist in the layout to increase productivity, but on the dollar spent you would be better off with someone who just builds trades and numbers.
Of course there will always be exceptions to what I said, generally though you would not find a balanced mix if you attempt to get it all in a one shop experience.
