Would I be correct in saying that you want $725/month just for the server and another .60 cents a gig for bandwidth. You could buy that server for the initial payment you want.

There are alot of good hosts the dont take to spaming on the bbs's
Just gotta know were to find them and the hosts that pressure you and yell at you are no good
