I'm not one to to flirt with girls so young, but I have never really understood the US and Europes mindset on this.

In many cultures still today (and not too long ago) the women are married off younger than this, and breeding by the time she hits puberty. It's also common in many Asian and Latin areas for younger girls to WANT older men because they know they will be better taken care of. This is attractive to them, and the young woman is more attractive to the man.

It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. When a boy or girl hits puberty that is nature saying that this human is ready for breeding. How can you stand in the way of NATURE and EVOLUTION, solely armed with religious and moral beliefs?

Now the maturity level issue is another argument all together. They are not mature at that age. Not even close. But on a basic level of survival of the species... they are ready to go.
