I dunno but I can tell you what happens if you piss on a cop's leg.
Guy I knew was drunk off his ass and a cop was giving him a hard time. The dude needed to take a piss and the cop wouldn't let him. So he whipped out his dick and pissed all over the cop whom commenced to beating the living shit out of him.
