Pay Pal is full of shit when they say their were no problems over the weekend. I received 28 phone calls from customers that they could not process anything through Pay Pal.
I guess Pay Pal does not include saturday or sunday when they say that their were no problems over the weekend. Their weekend must start on Thursday and end on Friday.
I just went on Pay Pal and their site is still down.
