Can't remember, usually by there reactions you can tell. We did an interview once where this was said to the girl and she agreed so happy that I said "No need to TEST you, but sex would be nice" she said why not and I told her because I was to busy. She was upset.
Another girl seemed very scared and could hardly look at me, when I told her she could never do it she told me she could, after about 3-4 times of me saying no and her saying yes she gave up came across and proceeded to fuck me stupid. Short trip.
She was not as frightened as I thought, just shy, she actually stayed the night and a lot of other nights.
