I had to bump this for folks, this is really breaking news.
NOTE: Legislation is underway now regarding spyware, this move by the FTC is just reinforcement. Personally I think the FTC needs to look a little more into Cybercrime, there is a fortune to be made for all sides.

How come there is no Cybercrime Unit/Department in the government?
