What can you do about a barking dog?
The stupid fuck has been outside for the past 30 minutes or so barking non-stop and my dog is sitting here growling at the window.
I've called the police and they said they basicly cant do shit but give me a number to animal control to call tomorrow and issue them a ciatation.
I don't know whos fuckin dog it is. I walked out there and the bastard came running at me.
Im going to go back out in 20 minutes and if he is out there, I'll put him down myself.
