It's especially tough because I work at night online. I sit in front of the computer, and my meals are all messed up. It's not that I eat wrong or munch too much, but I just can't find a good routine. I hate it!!
I also wish I could work out with a group of girls. We have a program called "Curves" here that I've heard rave reviews about, but I just don't have the time right now.
I'm 26 and have 2 kids. Both were problem pregnancies, and I just haven't been able to work off the extra fat gained during them. Maybe one day I'll be back in that size 7... ahhhh.
