Nice parody of the (REAL) Chinese story of authorities offering money for people to turn in Chinese porn sites.
Sure it may seem small to you ($250 or so) but to Chinese, that's a lot of bling. I guess many porn operators in China are crying out ME NOT LOVE IT LONG TIME.
