When will they process again? who knows.
Apparently ibill direct is the only way to process that requires you applying and being accepted for a merchant account and then processing thru ibill. It was all listed in the cmi and i believe your rep should have personally notified you.
Basically if you have had ibill up as your primary for the past 2 weeks you've fucked yourself.
