Yep, people are idiots.
Today there was Bush on tv saying how the stock market was headed down 6 months before he took office, and the crowd broke into applause... unreal.

Makes you wonder if those same people realise it was Bush's own people that estimated the government surplus at over 3 trillion dollars in february after he took office.

And also theres the recent article where Kerry said something like "we want to get back to where terroism isn't dominating our lives and get it back to where it's a nuisance". The republican spin machine quotes it so you think Kerry said "Terrorism is just a nuisance". And idiots eat it up and repeat it back as if it's true, lol.

If there was a forest fire and you said you wanted to get it down to where it's a nuisance instead of a disaster, would you believe someone who said that what you meant was that forest fires are a mere nuisance? doh.
But.. people are idiots. Especially the "50IQ Springer Crowd" as I call em.
