I have a completed business plan based on 2 years of research for a 40 unit hotel/casino with private beach in Costa Rica.
Investor will be paid 26% dividends for the first five years. Investor will own 20% of the company which he may sell back at fair market value or convert to common shares at the end of five years.
If the company were to show no growth (it's already operating), the ROI would be 230% over 5 years.
The kicker is, I still need $750,000 in private investment.
