Buy a bigger sound system and a set of ear plugs. When i say bigger I mean stadium horns etc. Like you would find at a concert.
If you'll call the police ( a good idea of course) and he figures out it was you... you could have a situation on your hands.
If you're in the states and the cops get pissed and arrest him, he will find out who you are. The constitution says he has the right to face his accuser. You would have to sign off on the complaint. Option maybe is for the cops to come along and make the complaint out on their own. Not sure how that really works out? Not an attorney. Suspect in the end your name will be revealed.
