get some roundup (the PURE stuff) and an air pump watergun -fill watergun with roundup and whatever racial group is in your area as a minority write on his lawn with the watergun at like 3-5am when no one will see you in BIG letters, like "JEW HATER" "KKK SUPPORTER" or "ASIAN HATER" his lawn, it won't show up for 4-6 days. Silent - and the effect shows up soo many days later that any evidence witness will have disappeared via weather or any witness will have forgotten.
