I just found out that in order to use my FL college pre-paid fund, I have to be a FL resident...Which takes 12 months. I don't want to go to FL for a year to live and delay my education. Any suggestions to ways around this?
I've been going to college here in Houston for a year. If I dump those classes can they trace that from FL to see I've been living here?
