Both statements are true (well Arafat is impotent, not sure that he's evil, he's powerless really). What did she win for anyway?

But Arafat's peace prize was politically motivated, nothing more and they now regret it. It's one of the reasons they prefer awarding the prize to somebody who is already dead... once you're dead you can't do something that will make them regret giving you the prize.

It's sounds almost absurd but things like this have happened before, which are documented.

This debate has gone on for a long time with scientists on both sides. It could easily be a conspiracy theory, but it could actually be true. Some people want to make a name for themselves by coming up with wild theories. At the same time Governments are infamous for doing atrocious things to their own citizens.
