You managed to shave with CCBill before. Are you paying the models this time or are they on an account split with CCBill?

What happened with ccbill last year was not a "shave" a portian of the rebills were not being paid for a handful of affilaites. We fixed it, make it right and moved on. Now, ccbills admin automatically sends an email to each affiliate if there is any changes to their account. So if a payout is edited, number of paid rebills is changed the affiliate is notified. There is no way of shaving with CCbill.
As for how the models are paid: They models are NOT paid on revshare. That business model just does not work in call cases. If the site blows up then the model reaps a windfall, but thats a one out ot ten situation at best. SO if you have a site that is only doing 2k a month and you are spliting 50/50 of net.. she may only be earning 300-500 a month which will lead to a pissed off model thinking she is being ripped off and not paid. Beed there done that. We had a model who was very vocal here on gfy claiming we were not paying here. Come to find out we had actually over paid the girl after we audited the account. He site just was not doing nearly as well as everyone was telling her it was doing. No ones fault... but it just didnt sell and she thought she should be making more. However, she was paid to the letter of her very detailed contract.
We dont do revshare with models. We pay them a very generous day rate to come in and shoot. In most every case now we have enough content for a years worth of updates before we open a site. The girls sign a release and cash there checks. We own the content and its a done deal. If they still want to come in and shoot then great. We will pay their day rate. If they want to do cam shows or whatever in there site, then great. We pay them for each show. However, we will not be in a revshare situation with a model on any site. Its a business model that in most cases does not work
All mythe content for all the sites is bought and paid for. We have no revshare contracts in place at all. All of it has been paid for in full for months and months. The models get their check at the end of the shoot when they sign their release. In my mind thats the only way to do this. Expecting an 18 year old girl to be around in 6 months let alone a year just does not make sense.
Anyways.. thats how we do it.
