if he has free sites, I would not trade traffic with him.
If his "program" ever goes live, I wouldn't sign up or send one hit his way.
(How can you trust that he will pay you?)
If he ever again posts that he will pay money if you post something, I wouldn't even click his lousy thread.
If he ever posts that he has work available, like graphics, banners, etc... I wouldn't open my paint or photo shop for him if I were you. He probably won't pay you, or the deal will go sour somehow.

Or not. Don't listen to me and you'll find out I'm right in the long run. I have always been a very VERY good judge of character, even through people's so-called "board persona's".
Boob-blaster is less than pond scum. He's a welcher, his word means nothing, and he just downright can't be trusted whatsoever. His own theads and his own actions bear this out and support what I am saying.
