Do you have a dolby digital receiver? If so, you need to get the "Advanced AV pack" so you can use the optical audio output, and either the composite video output or the svideo, depending on what is available on your TV.
Don't get the "HD AV pack" because it comes with component video outputs which you won't have on an old cheap TV.
If your receiver is not dolby digital then just use the red and white as others have mentioned. That will get you Dolby Pro Logic sound.
