I find it quite misleading that you don't have any information about this skimming anywhere on your site.
In the "programs" menu it states quite clearly that you pay $x per sign-up.
It does not say "only on North American traffic". Nor does it in the terms.
Quite illusive. Or maybe you have the exact page where it is clarified?
